  • Door lock and boot seal replacement
  • Control board diagnosis
  • Bearing and drum evaluation
  • Leveling and anti-vibration correction

Before you book

Find the model and serial number if you can — on refrigeration it's usually on the interior side wall or behind the lower grille, on ranges behind the storage drawer, on dishwashers along the tub edge inside the door. A photo of that plate lets us bring the right part to the first visit instead of the second.

Same-day and next-day windows across all 29 cities we cover, from Olympia to the Eastside. Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Questions

Washers, answered

Is a leaking front-load washer usually the door seal?

It's the first thing we check, but not the only one. Leaks also come from the drain pump housing, the tub-to-pump hose, and the detergent dispenser. We run a diagnostic fill to find the actual source rather than replacing the visible part.

Do you carry parts on the truck?

For common failures on the platforms we service daily, yes — fans, thermistors, igniters, seals and pumps. Control boards and sealed-system components are ordered against your model and serial number.

How is washer repair priced?

The diagnostic is $95, waived when you approve the repair. Repairs are quoted in writing as parts plus labor before we start, and carry 90 days on parts and labor.
